Job Overview (Duties/Responsibilities):
Goods Electric Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Lead Sales Coordinator who aligns with our core values, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring a seamless process from sale to project completion. This role involves supporting the sales team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing the efficient execution of installations for our HVAC and electrical departments.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Notion or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s values.
